5. Compare and Contrast
This image wasn't too hard to recreate, it just took longer because I had to search for the right colored leaves outside and then put them together in a square. I couldn't find straight yellow leaves, but I thought these were close enough to the original. For the editing part, I added a lot of saturation to brighten the yellow leaves so it can look more similar to Emily's. It was fun to create because it reminded me of doing a puzzle and I enjoy putting pieces together!

This image was super fun to recreate because my dog is so easy and it was fun to play with her. I didn't have the same grass as Emily's picture did, but it was close enough. I am surprised my dog got in that position and stayed that way for the picture! The lighting is different, but I think they looks super similar!
This one was definitely the hardest to recreate because the sky was different colors and the "Hey" color letters were a little different! I think I got the right angle to take the picture at to make it look similar enough to Emily's! I thought this image was fun and brought happy vibes so I decided to recreate it!
6. Artist Statement
Recreating these three pictures was super fun and creative! When I was choosing which pictures to do, I had a hard time because I didn't have a lot of the supplies Emily had to create her pictures! I finally found three that I liked and were pictures I knew I could create with the things I had at home! The first picture was a creative picture and took me a lot of time to put together, but it was fun seeing the final project at the end. The last two pictures brought me happy vibes and I thought they looked pretty, especially with the sunny weather right now! Overall, Emily Blincoe's work was super cool to try and recreate! She is a great photographer!
